 Write and submit a 1.5 page paper describing your personality type and how it will affect you as an interviewer. You will be graded on how you apply the results to yourself - give examples - if you disagree with the results, that is okay, but tell me why and defend your answers - in other words, think it through and show me that you understand how your personality strengths and weaknesses affect your interviewing.
