Describe an application of AI

You will identify an application of AI in a business setting and write a report on that application. Define the business application and how it is applied in the business , i.e., answer the questions “who, what, when, where, why, and how” for the application. Include a timeline or chronology of the key events as you see them. Also, what is the initial problem (ex., the market demand) which the technology needs to address? What is/are the current technology(ies) used to solve or lessen the problem? How well or poorly does the current technology(ies) deal with the problem?
