 This assignment will help you explore how psychological concepts of health, stress management, and positive psychology connect to your personal life. You will create a vision board that illustrates your goals, strategies, and inspirations for living a healthier and more balanced life.

    Your vision board should include all three areas:
     
    • Health: Physical, mental, and lifestyle choices that promote well-being.
