Prepare a presentation on the demographic profile of today’s intercollegiate athletics department.  The presentation should include the ways in which this population is diverse and the challenges that this population encounters.  Your presentation should include ways that an athletics department can address diversity within recruiting and hiring as referenced by Dr. Williams.  Your presentation may take on the format of PowerPoint, a self-designed website, or a video. If using a powerpoint, speaker noted must be included.  Be sure to include citations for quotations and paraphrases with references in current 6th edition APA format and style.  A minimum of three references are required. All writing must be in third person and opinions do not meet the expectation.  Please include the certificate of originality after the reference page.
