As part of this online class, the trainees will need to have some takeaway material they can download and review at any time. You decide that an infographic could be a useful way to explain this impact, and your VP of HR agrees.   Instructions Prepare an infographic that:    
   • Demonstrates benefits to the organization of high levels of employee engagement.
   • Outlines a major theory of work motivation and how that impacts performance.
   • Explains how organizational culture can support or inhibit high levels of motivation and engagement.
   • Details the importance of person-organization fit.
   • Provides attribution for credible sources used in the infographic.
