Decision Making Process

Analyze a recent purchase decision you made using the steps in the consumer decision making process. The consumer decision making process is discussed in Chapter 14, pages 341-346. Submit a detailed outline in which you show the steps you took in making the purchase decision and the rationale behind each step.
