Effective leadership of teams includes the ability of the team to arrive at quality decisions and successful solutions to problems. Consider a current or previous team in which you have participated. Think about the decision-making process they used and what role the team leader played in that process. Assess the team’s decision-making ability and explain how the team’s decision-making processes could have been improved.
