Sally’s office provides a cake for each employee on their birthday to share with co-workers. The office always orders the same thing – the personal favorite of the office manager – a yellow layer cake with peanut butter fudge icing. Sally’s birthday is next week and she is allergic to peanuts, so she asks the office manager to order a cake without peanut products. The word gets around the office, and the rumor is that Sally thinks she’s better than everyone else and is entitled to a special cake on her birthday. 

How would you suggest the situation be fixed? Would this suggestion be met favorably, and would it be a permanent fix? Why?
