 we should not use the death penalty ?

1. The way the issue is currently addressed, in terms of the STRUCTURE OF THE LEGAL SYSTEM. Are courts involved? Which courts? Which type of law? What laws or regulations apply to this issue?
2. IS THE CURRENT SYSTEM JUST? Is it fair? Who is helped or harmed by the STRUCTURE of the system?
3. HOW WOULD YOU FIX THE PROBLEM? Describe any legislation you would write, avenues of redress you would create, agencies you might create, regulations or laws you would change and how you would change them.
