Deaf Event Paper

After you have attended an event you are asked to write about the Deaf event you attended. Please include name of the event, date, time and location. Your paper must include an introductory paragraph, three supporting paragraphs and a conclusion. You may include more than five paragraphs; this is the bare minimum.

greeting behaviors,
attention getting behaviors,
conversational strategies.
You may also include any observations about cultural norms you feel are UNIQUE to American Deaf culture. You may include your feelings and perceptions.
Observational statements to avoid; anything about
Deaf people being happy and genuinely okay with being deaf
Signing is fast
They use their face for expression
The report shall be typed using ARIAL 12-point font double spaced with no more than a one-inch margin all around. No cover page please.
The use of the word ‘dead’ when deaf is intended will result in a zero (0) for your whole assignment.
