Utilizing your Week 2 project, submit the following in this order:  

• Using MS Project and the WBS you created in the last assignment, create a Gantt Chart/schedule.
• Identify your Critical Path. Assume that your audience does not know how to use MS Project to find the Critical Path. Spell out your Critical Path in a Word document.
• Create a Budget for your project.
• Create a Risk Assessment/Management Plan (see Sample) – a minimum of six risks should be identified.
