Topic: Strategies for Fostering Organization Change

Question/Prompt: You have now done an analysis of your organization and considered the causes of a particular problem in light of the four lenses. You have also developed an action plan drawing upon these same lenses to try to address the problem. Obviously, this action plan calls for some changes in your organization, yet organizations often resist change.
