Data Collection-Interview questions

I need help in completing the Data Collection section of my paper. The data collection section should have a list of interview questions and it's the purpose. The questions should be related to my research questions. I need at least 12-15 questions. 

My Research questions 

1.   Which factors encourage retailers to participate on social networking sites?

2.  How incorporating right social commerce framework help business to attract more customers and helps in promoting business.
