Course Project: Request for Proposal (RFP)

Instructions

This week, you are required to produce your project Request for Proposal (RFP) deliverable. The RFP is a formal invitation issued by the University of Prosperity requesting interested PPM vendors to submit written proposals meeting a set of requirements. If interested in bidding for the project, vendors respond with a description of the techniques they would employ to meet the requirements, a plan of work, and a detailed budget for the project, along with supporting information. Please use the Request for Proposal (RFP) Tool provided to help you produce your project deliverable due this week.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) must contain the following sections.

1. Statement of Work

2. Original RFP Document and Grounds for Disqualification

3. Organization

4. Existent Technology Environment

5. Schedule

6. Proposal Submission

7. Communication

8. Scope of Work

9. Functional Requirements

10. Technical Specifications

11. Vendor Qualifications and References

12. Budget and Estimated Pricing

13. Nondisclosure Agreement

For full compliance, please ensure:

A References page appears as a standalone final page in APA 7th edition format.

Include a Cover Sheet with your name, the course title, and the professor’s name.
