What do you feel are some of the major challenges facing Japan in its long term recovery following the earthquake/tsunami/nuclear plant disaster of 2011?  Also present an after-action review of the recovery phase of incident to date, answering the following questions: 

· What could have been done better to prevent the negative consequences of the event?

· How well did existing mitigation controls perform?

· Have appropriate new mitigation measure been incorporated into the recovery process?

· How effective has the recovery strategy been?

· Have the appropriate priorities been adopted and followed?
