The prevalence of cybercrime is exploding, and the fact that much originates from overseas makes fighting it more and more difficult. Brian Krebs is one of the industry-leading experts on cybersecurity. This week you had the opportunity to explore his website, Krebs on Security. Review some of the recent stories and choose a cybercrime that interests that you.

In a well-constructed, one-page essay (500+ words, not including references), discuss the cybercrime you chose. How is it perpetrated? Who are the targeted victims? What are some of the prevention methods available to protect against it? How easy is it to identify an offender and seek prosecution?
