Curricular Development Roles

When designing curriculum in higher education, it is likely that you  will need to be a part of a curriculum design team.  Create a  12-15-slide digital presentation, to be delivered to a management team,  about the process your collaboration team will use for course  development. You will work as a curricular design team to develop  project management steps to create a course. Develop a collaborative  plan that outlines the different roles on the curriculum team. The roles  are:

• Faculty member/Subject Matter Expert
• Curriculum Developer
• Instructional Designer
• Project Lead/Administrator

In a 250-300-word rationale, reflect on the different roles in this  process, discussing the pros and cons related to collaborating on a  curriculum team.
