Current event

Prompt: Pick a contemporary international problem related to immigration and borders where two (or more) South American countries are involved (try to exclude the US). Summarize the article in one section. Then, write an analysis in a different section. How have these South American countries reacted to this problem? Did they respond with brute force or a mix of diplomacy and coercion? Was this a proper response? Why or why not? How can you use this week's assigned readings to analyze this problem?
