Cultural Diversity

During Week 5, we will identify a problematic cultural diversity issue, examine its main causes and effects, and explore possible solutions to the diversity issue.

• What social movements would you start to help bring attention to diversity and inequality issues?
• Watch the below video on the difference between Equality vs. Equity What do you see as some of the benefits and biggest challenges of diversity in the United States? How do we ensure a society that is grounded in equity? Provide specific examples.
