Cultural Anthropology

This is for my college Anthropology class, It requires to read a paper "Manifesto of the Communist Party" Marx and Engles which i have attached to this Question and Write a 2 page (double-spaced) response answering 1 of the 2 questions (which i have also attached).  The paper is due in the next 8 hours, it's pretty simple and will not take much time.
