cultural analysis

Please select an organization that you know fairly well. It would be ideal if the organization was a health care context.  Using the concepts identified in the Pagano text Ch. 15 , please analyze the culture of that organization.  In addition to the concepts discussed by Pagano Ch.15 , you may want to incorporate such notions as metaphors, rituals, and stories.  This paper should be about three pp., double-spaced, using a 12 pt. font and 1" margins.
