To start understanding organizational behavior inside your company or institution, you first need to see the connections between the various parts of the organization including the people and teams. This activity will help you organize this information, so you can delve deeper into your organizational culture for the summative assessment.

Using the Organizational Culture Assessment tool, evaluate an organization of your choosing (i.e. company/institution, non-profit association, volunteer group, church, etc.). You will use the tool below to assess the people, departments, attitudes, and culture within the organization. Rank your organization on each category AND explain why you gave this ranking. Your explanation may be included on a separate document.
