Cross Cultural Considerations for the Interview and Physical Assessment Process

Instructions

1. Discuss the demographics for the area in which you live (Chicago, Illinois). 
2. Choose one ethic group in your area. 
3. Develop a list of rationales of appropriate cross-cultural considerations that relate to the interview and physical assessment process. 
4. Discuss three health promotion opportunities that relate to protective and predictive factors within your chosen ethnic. 

Additional Instructions:

1. All submissions should be 2-3 pages and have a title page and reference page.
2. Utilize a minimum of three scholarly resources that are no more than 5 years old.
3. Adhere to grammar, spelling and punctuation criteria.
4. Adhere to APA compliance guidelines.

RUBRIC:

- Provides through discussion of the demographics (at least one page).  

- Provides complete list of rationales (at least three) of appropriate cross-cultural considerations that relate to the interview and physical assessment process for chosen ethnic group. 

- Discusses three health promotion opportunities that relate to protective and predictive factor within the chosen ethnic group.  

- Provide three or more scholarly references.
