Probation

Probation is often not thought of as a function of correction. Identify ways in which probation meets or fails to meet the goals of sentencing.
 

Your initial post should be at least 250 words in length. Support your claims with examples from the required material(s) and/or other scholarly resources, and properly cite any references. Respond, by Day 7, to at least two of your classmates’ posts that express views differing from your own regarding probation and rehabilitation.
