Critique an Empowerment Situation

For this task you will develop a case study on a specific team building activity that you have been involved with either within your own organization or an organization with which you are familiar (church, school, etc.). Be sure to address the following in your analysis of the team building activity you experienced:

• Provide step-by-step instructions on how the activity was planned and facilitated.
• Evaluate the desired outcomes for the activity.
• Include specific examples within these instructions.
• Explain your role in the activity and who was involved.
• Explain how the leader fostered collaboration with this activity and determine if the leader strengthened others.
• Recommend how this leader could have better enabled others to act.

Support your case study with at least five scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
