Critical Reclection

   How to write an excellent reflection 

•What is each author arguing? Based on what evidence?

•Include the key relevant points from each text 

•How does each text contribute to your understanding of the history?

•What are the interpretations advanced by each author? Which interpretations do you find most persuasive, and why?

•Bring all evidence and analysis back to the main theme of your reflection

•What do you think of each text?

 How to do excellent work 

•Remember: I can’t give you marks for what you don’t write down

•Go over the word limit, if you need to. But be concise or you will lose marks for rambling / disorganized work

•Write chronologically

•Anchor your analysis in time and place (be specific)

•Provide evidence from the texts to substantiate your claims

•Provide page number citations to anchor and support your points

•Double space (12pt font) to leave room for my comments
