Considering the video, how and when do we decide something should become a law? What is the difference between "criminal behavior" and "deviant behavior"? Who determines when something is "criminal" or "deviant"? For example, what you may consider to be deviant, may just be normal behavior to someone else. Or what is "criminal" may make no sense or seem ridiculous to you.
