criminal justice video assignment

I would like you all individually prior to the due date TONIGHT (i.e., 11:59) to watch the following video concluding section of "women in the law enforcement field". 

It is a Ted-talk clip that should not take you long to complete as it is brief. Sergeant Renee Mitchell - Sacramento PD, hones in on today in law enforcement & the multitude of changes, policies etc. to an audience at Oxford. I think you will find the content enlightening as it relates to what we discussed in class on Monday referencing Sir Robert Peel plus additional content of women and policing. After viewing this videoclip, please respond to the following questions and again submit in a Word document t by 11:59 pm TONIGHT (i.e., Wednesday April 3rd).

Questions:

1. From watching and reviewing the TedTalk videoclip, identify at least "2" areas of policing that need to be addressed today. Explain what each of these are and potential policies, solutions, legal implications (especially as it pertains to the American legal system). Think outside of the box - Be creative!

2. Based on your response to Question #1 above, discuss how realistic any or all suggested changes could be implemented and why?

3. If you had "3" recommendations for young women today entering this field - i.e., LE, what would these be and why - Describe.
