Criminal Justice Position Paper

   Write a position paper on (Prisoner Abuse) and it relation to the American Criminal Justice System (think of it as a semi-research paper). The paper should be a minimum  1500 words The paper’s style format must use Times New Roman script and be 12’ font and follow the American Psychological Association’s (APA) citing format.
