Criminal Justice Discussion

1. Sheriff Joe Arpaio, the former Maricopa County Sheriff, was recently convicted in federal court of misdeeds related to his operation of his department.  We are most interested in the operation of the jail.  Research The Maricopa County Jail under the Arpaio administration and fully explain what you believe to be one great (effective, efficient, innovative) idea he implemented while in office and one not so great (unconstitutional, humiliating, not very smart) idea he implemented while in office.  Explain and discuss both ideas fully.
