What resources are available in your state (Louisiana)to address the neglect, abuse, and/or negligence of either children or the elderly? With the expansion of the concept of domestic violence in recent years,  does this category of victimization adequately address the dangers associated with stalking behaviors? In your view,  are there safeguards in place for assisting victims consistently available in every jurisdiction in the country? IIf not, why do you think the inconsistency exists?
