After watching the video consider how the case raises disturbing questions about the actions of the police and prosecutors, who relied on the sailors’ often contradictory confessions for their convictions and disregarded DNA evidence that pointed to a lone assailant who would later confess to the crime himself while serving prison time for another rape. 

    Prepare a written document in which you identify the questionable actions of the police and the prosecutors and provide at least 3 suggestions in the way of policies/operating procedures to ensure this type of conduct will not continue to occur.    

    Your paper should be in paragraph form at least 2 pages, no more than 4 pages (double spaced).  12pt font
