Step 1 Using the internet, locate and read the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution.   Step 2  Write a 1 & 1/2 to 2 page interpretation and analysis of the key elements or components of the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution.  Include in your analysis, the purpose of the Preamble and a discussion of whether the courts consider the Preamble (or any part thereof) relevant to or reflective of the actual Constitution.  Please provide references in APA format.  Hint(s): There are at least six (6) key elements or components that should be interpreted and discussed in your paper.
