Courtroom Standards Analysis

Write a 1,050- to 1,400-word paper in which you discuss and evaluate the diverse roles of judges, prosecutors, defense counsel, and other courtroom personnel. Discuss how they are both independent and mutually interdependent as well as the benefits and pitfalls of such relationships. Be sure to include a discussion of ethical and legal standards applicable to the various participants and how they impact our criminal justice system and affect in shaping both substantive law and procedural law.
