You may choose a business from the following below or any business of your choice and describe at least 3 of its organizational behavior best practices. Reading course text gives you insights on organizational behavior best practices. You must identify the best practices and explain how your business of choice uses them to set itself apart within the industry. Your paper should be at least 3 pages. 

Best practices should be areas/behaviors that set a business apart in terms of what it does regularly to create or maintain market share. These should be benchmarks that show or deliver results for an organization. In your research, if you discover that motivating employees, teamwork, etc. help deliver results for your business of choice, then write about it in your paper. Simply describe what the business does with each best practice. Choose at least 3 best practices.
