"Course-Long" Project "project wedding plan"
Using what you have learned from the entire course to guide you, finalize your "Course-Long" Project "project plan" that you developed and have been refining. This will incorporate everything you have learned throughout the course. For this final assignment, you are expected to make revisions to the previous submissions based upon the instructor's feedback. As an entire package, submit these revised elements:
- A closeout document, which is a brief explanation of what changes you needed to make to your project. This should be no longer than 1-2 pages and should also include a reference page for sources in APA format.
- Project Charter
- Work Breakdown Structure
- Task Plan
- Gantt Chart

If you got it right the first time, good for you. Don't make changes just to create busywork. If instructor's feedback indicated you were on the right path with a particular submission, keep at it. Chances are everyone had to make at least minor revisions.
Teachers FEED BACK
Here are some things that need fixed on your Task Plan: - The Task ID should be a sequential number, which differs from the WBS numbering system. - Although not required, I recommend using actual numbers in your Duration column. For example, instead of 'Three days', use '3 days'. The numbers stand out more. - Predecessors should be reflected by typing the corresponding Task ID number vice the Task Summary. - Use various formatting options on your Task Plan to make things stand out more and develop a hierarchy appearance. Bold, color variations, indenting subtasks, etc.
