Review your project plan from your Wk 2 - Apply: Project Plan and Risk Matrix assignment.

Add project milestone dates and dependencies to your tasks and subtasks.

Write a 1- to 2-page summary of your project milestones and dependencies in which you:

• Explain how you will know if your project is on track.
• Determine what will you do if a task or subtask is not proceeding on time.
• Excluding time, list criteria that may be used to measure the project’s success.
