Contract

Topic:  Writing an acceptable contract and proposal.

Objectives:

• Create and present formal signed contract for the work (must be signed by all parties)
  • Must Include:
    • outline of the problem
    • consultants involvement and expected actions in resolving the problem
    • payment terms (if any)
    • special rules of the engagement
    • milestones
    • end dates 
    • evaluation methods
  • These items should also be outlined in a formal proposal

Assignments:

1. Submit the Signed contract using the link in Module 4 folder. Students that do not submit the assignment will receive a zero. This is a key program assessment; the results are used to ensure students are meeting program goals.  ( Submit by Sunday 11:59)

• Remember to change or remove company names as these should be kept confidential.
