Continuous Improvement

 Write: Conduct 1-2 “5 Whys” on a real problem at your work.  Document the findings and be prepared to discuss.  Conduct at least one gemba walk at work and write a 750-1000 word subsection in your paper on the approach, execution and findings of the gemba.  Develop a plan to remediate gemba findings.
