Review the HubSpot article, Anatomy of a Five Star Email.

Pick a product or service and draft the content for an email that you will send to your customers. (Don’t forget images.) Be sure to explain the decisions you made when drafting the content, addressing the points in the article.

Your paper should meet the following requirements:

• Be at least two to three pages in length, not including title and reference pages
• Include the email draft as an appendix to the main paper.
