Consumer Behavior

You are to "interview" 3 different people. Start by finding out a product or service they buy. It can almost anything...food, makeup, dry cleaning, car wash, bottled water, fast food, etc.

Make note of their age, working or student, gender, and any other pertinent demographics.

Then ask them the following series of questions...

What “motivates them” to ...

•             Buy the product
•             Buy the particular brand
•             Buy where they buy it
•             Buy when (or how often) they buy
•             Be happy with the purchase

Following each, jot a paragraph summarizing your findings, and how you might use this to create or place some sort of advertising or promotion.
