In fact, business has increased to the point where new partners or staff might be considered.  The three partners are exhausted and need some help.   A new partner would bring capital of $1,000,000 to the firm and additional opportunities.  Remembering the mentors who helped the three of you, you decide to consider, instead, a new graduate program. You decide to hire three new  

New Mexico State University engineering graduates as part of an associate program that would allow the new graduates to grow to partner status through career development. A potential partner would need to accumulate at least one million dollars to join—you would work with the candidate to help them accumulate such wealth.Evaluate this situation and develop a recommendation for further action.  Consider the resulting reduction in the partner share of the business, what you might have the associates doing, and what the partner role is.
