Conceptual vs Operational Variables

Describe the difference between a conceptual and an operational variable?  Select a variable of interest to you and define it using these two ways.  Review table 3.2 in the textbook before you respond. What is the relationship between operational definitions and measurement? Why are these descriptions important?
