Sometimes, we perceive that the office team we are a part of is effective, but the office manager might think the team is not so effective. It is possible that your perception of effectiveness or success may change based on whether you are the employee or the manager. Thinking back on a job you have had or currently have, reflect on what characteristics make a good team member. For this discussion, answer the following:
