Computer science final year project

I am looking for an experienced PHP developer to improve and add more  functions to my project. It is a Cancer registry system that needs to  have the following attributes; Enter data, review data, make reports and  produce bar charts or pie charts on statistics. I have attached a  zipped file containing what I have done so far and details on what I  want more. I need this work done within one week so please only send a  proposal if you can do it within a short time. This is a university  final year level project.
PS: please indicate any plugins that you may use. The plugins must also work without need for internet connection
