Computer science c++

Hello! I want someone help my cs project, the project requirement is file: project2.pdf. The text.txt is test file.  Also, the project2_sample and extra credit are the program sample. I need to finish the extra credit like file:project2ExtraCredit.exe and put the comment. Hope someone can help me. Thanks a lot. The due date is 12/6/2017 before 9:00pm
