Scenario:

Just Ducky is a very professional and responsible corporation. It is imperative for upper management to comply with all applicable US regulatory and legal requirements. The company has scheduled an all departments meeting to discuss how these regulations affect each department and what they need in order to comply.

To prepare for the meeting you have to conduct research on all US regulatory and legal requirements, then select the ones that directly apply to your company, and finally how is your department planning on complying with those requirements while hosting your network infrastructure in the cloud. 

Examples of areas covered by standards and regulations include:

· Health care providers and institutions

· Financial services 

· Credit card processing rules

· Government organizations 

· Data protection and privacy

· Private companies supporting federal and state governments
