Requirement: 

Introduction part 

Your introduction needs to contain:

1. bibliographic information (author, title, date of publication, publisher, number of pages, type of book) 

2. a brief overview of the theme, and your purpose in writing this evaluation. 

3. Your introduction should be well-phrased and describe what your paper is about and where you are going as well as which chapters you will focus on (minimum of 3 chapters required), and why.

Summary part 

This section contains your summary.  

1.What is the book about?  

2. What was the author’s purpose in writing the book?  

3.Who was this book written for (or best audience that could benefit from this book)?  Your summary needs to be well-written with a clear purpose while maintaining the flow and interest.

“Do you have to cite every sentence in APA?”

You need to make clear where someone else's narration stops and you begin with your own words. Therefore, putting one citation at the end of a paragraph paraphrase is NOT APA compliant. If you are paraphrasing multiple consecutive sentences from the same source, you should cite each sentence to avoid plagiarism.
