Compensation plan PP

You will design a comprehensive compensation plan for four positions within MediaRite.com: Salesforce, Sales Supervisor, Director of Sales, and CEO. For each position include a job description and complete compensation package built around pay only. 

· Find peer-reviewed using business journals/articles.

· Your presentations must include a minimum of 12 slides (not including the cover slide and reference slide).

· You must include a minimum of 7 academically sound resources.

· Your slides should not be written like a research paper but instead, an executive presentation, utilizing the slide notes feature to further detail the slide summary.
