comparing with a convincing reasons

I will study Two courses out of my university, they asked me to explain and write a real reasons and the justification for this request (e.g. the class I took/want to take is equivalent because…)

In other word:

why is studying this course in other university is better. write down these reasons will be through comparing between two syllabus

First Coures 

1- Material Science my school

2- Material Science new school ( I am planing to study the coures in it )

second Course

1- Fluid Mechanics my school

2- Fluid Mechanics new school

please attached each course in separate file
